Usage And Safety

Dosage

Adults: 5–10ml after meals and at bedtime (or as directed by physician)
Children: Dose depends on age and doctor’s advice

Side Effects

May include constipation (due to aluminium), diarrhea (due to magnesium), nausea, or mild stomach discomfort in some cases.

Drug Interactions

May reduce absorption of certain medicines such as antibiotics (tetracyclines, quinolones), iron supplements, and some heart medications. Keep a gap between doses.

Indication
